Thanks to my beautiful daughter Mathilde for this recipe that I I loved it!
I took a creamy cheese that was not made. Fortunately because cooking accentuates the taste.
But this recipe is pure delight.
Ingredient For 4
1 Camembert of good quality (lion's heart for example)
1 eggs or 2 if are small
Butter for the peoele
For the camembert stand better, I cut it in 8 and moved in the freezer time to prepare
all your ingredients in different bowls
Beat the eggs in omelette
Using 2 forks take the pieces of camembert and rolls one by one in loeufs beaten then in the breadcrumbs.
Repeat the operation. So 2 coats of bread crumbs
Put on a plate
Heat the pan on lukewarm fire
With the tongs flexipan (very practical because it does not crush the pieces) ) place the camembert pieces in the pan and cook for 1 minute on each side. Above, below and sides.
Put the pieces on each plates accompanied for example with green salad ..
