Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (6 servings):
- 1 bottle of Champagne
- 250 g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 15 cl of Cointreau
- 15 cl of cane sugar syrup
Blend the day before in a salad bowl with raspberries, Cointreau glass and glass of cane sugar syrup. Let everything macerate.
Reserve the bottle of Champagne in the fridge. When serving, pour over the mixture and drink very cold.
