Chocolate fondant multidelice
For 6 people (6 pots from the MD)
190 gr of dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
125 gr of soft butter (half salt if you like or put 90 gr of butter with 35 gr of almond puree)
100 g caster sugar
3 whole eggs
Melt the chocolate gently; In a salad bowl, mix the butter and the sugar and while whisking, add the eggs one by one.
Close incorporating melted chocolate; mix well, you will see that your preparation will really change consistency and thicken.
Spread the dough in the jars of the MD or for a traditional oven version, pour the dough in a cake mold lined with food film or in molds or silicone mold.
I made 7 pots, they are bombs but falls a little while cooling down
multi-delights, program 50 minutes in dairy desserts mode having taken care of filling the water tank.
In the oven, allow about 50 minutes to 100 °.
Let cool before taste good cold.
