Simple, fast and too good
Exellent for the aperitif
Ingredient (varies according to the number of guests)
Slices of bread fine
Fresh cream THICK
And that's it ....
Preheat the oven to 200 *
Spread mustard on each slice of bread, quantity is next if you want it to be raised, or not ....
Deposit one good thickness of cream on mustard
Sprinkle with gruyere
Bake until it's gratine
Enjoy still hot
Hum ..... Too good too.
Idea more, you can very well accompany it with a green salad.
